Refund policy

30-day replacement guarantee: Every device is flashed, tested and shipped by me on the day it ships. If your device stops working within 30 days of delivery, email me at kev@gurutechnology.services and I'll send you a prepaid return label. Once I've received and inspected the original, I'll ship you a replacement, flashed and tested.

A red line on the screen is not a defect. It means Rayhunter saw network behavior worth checking.

Refunds: I don't usually offer refunds. If something's wrong, contact me first and I'll work through it with you. Refunds are handled case by case.
