Your Rayhunter device includes lifetime software updates with purchase. When new updates become available:

How Updates Work:

1. We'll notify you by email when important software updates are released
2. Purchase the update service for $10 through our website
3. Ship your device to our service center (you cover shipping to us)
4. We'll install the latest Rayhunter software, test your device, and ship it back to you
5. The $10 fee covers our service and return shipping to you

This streamlined process ensures your privacy protection stays current with minimal hassle. You're only responsible for shipping the device to us and we handle everything else, including return shipping, for the flat $10 fee. Device will be sent back to the return address, unless requested otherwise.

Due to packaging size restrictions each device requires a separate $10 service fee to cover individual return shipping.
